To get your event listed…
- Email us a brief description about the ride – who, what, where, when & why.
- If your event meets our family-friendly, community guidelines you will be notified and asked to provide an event photo and PDF document of your official event flyer. If you do not have a PDF, give us a contact email or website to list along with your event.
- After your event is approved, click the DONATE button on the website to pay for your event listing – only $25 bucks. If you feel like donating more, we won’t stop you!
- That’s it. We will list your event, your flyer and photo.

- visitors are able to download your event PDF or contact you directly for more information.
Only $25 bucks. The Toy Run is a 501(3)c non-profit organization and your donation is tax deductible. Tax receipt available upon request.
Rules & Regs…
- Only rides in Northern California will be listed at this time.
- We are dedicated to community events.
- Only COMMUNITY ORIENTED AND BENEFIT RIDES will be considered.
